I love Agnes Dog Grooming! I'm using her services for over 3 years now I can't be more happy. I have used other dog services before and I wasn't satisfied with them.

When I take my dog Diesel to see Agnes he is as happy as he can be. he always charges inside the salon and runs straight to Agnes to say hello. And for me that means everything. This place is very warm and welcoming and I know my pooch is in best hands of people that care very much about their customers (furry and not)

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. My dog suffered from a corneal ulcer from them getting non tear free shampoo in my dog's eye and not rinsing it out. When I picked her up they told me that she just needed some fresh air. My dog would not open her eye and seemed in pain so I took her to my vet just to make sure. It's a good thing I did because she has a severe corneal ulcer. She is now on 10 days of pain medicine, a serum, and an ointment with a followup visit needed to make sure it is healing correctly. The initial bill was $193.10 so I took that to Agnes Grooming and all the woman (Agnes?) with the curly blonde hair could do was yell over and over, "$200 for one eye???" I told her if she paid this bill then I would pay for the follow up visit (which I thought was being more than fair). She would only agree to pay for 1/2 of the $193.10 and said she would call me Monday regarding the other 1/2. Well no surprise they never called and are probably hoping I don't call them. This is a business with no integrity. If they cared about animals they would have at least called to see how my dog is doing. When I left I told them that I am also concerned about them using this shampoo, that they should consider changing to something else more gentle so no other dogs have to suffer like my dog. They said, "We have never had a problem with this shampoo for 7 years!" - - they are in complete denial and if they had any morals or conscience they would have done the right thing - changed the shampoo to avoid these problems in the future, and also paid my vet bills without acting like it was the end of the world. If they would have done the right thing then I wouldn't be posting this review...and I bet this review will cost them a lot more than my vet bill in lost business. BAD ETHICS, STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG!
