Welcome to The Biscuit Cafe in Arlee Montana, where history and good aromas abound. Come down and enjoy breakfast with the local farmers and ranchers. Hear the stories while Judy Morton, head chef and owner of The Biscuit prepares your breakfast. She offers healthy and delicious home made biscuits and gravy, pies and soups. Late riser? Breakfast is served all day! Lunch offerings include a combination of healthy salads and wraps. Check back daily for our specials. Hungry for pizza? Call in an order and Judy will prepare one of her specialized pizzas. She makes her own dough! The Biscuit is one of the oldest buildings in Arlee. Built in 1908 as the general mercantile, in 1917 an addition was added, in 1920 the second addition was added. The building has been a home for a mercantile, soda fountain, video store, grocery store, restaurant, and antique store.
