The River Source Adult program is the best. most step-oriented program I have been exposed to. The treatment staff are not only knowledgeable but also aware of the many challenges the residents face. Because of that they are able to suggest solutions to problems and also be a source of strength, encouragement and honesty. In addition, I was given healthy, lifestyle ideas to add to my recovery and daily life.

I am grateful for the opportunity I was given to go through the program at River Source, focus on my early recovery and, after successfully completing the program, leave feeling prepared to face life in early recovery in a positive frame of mind.

The River Source facility has an EXCELLENT program. Their program far out beats any place I've checked out in which their program has been instrumental in building a solid foundation for recovery.
This is a deadly disease and River Source means business whether or not the alcoholic and/or addict has the open-mindedness AND willingness to live the program of recovery.

My experience at The River Source was amazing because of the all of the staff, the program, the services, yoga, and vitamin IV therapy. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone seeking help for their addition/alcoholism.

For 7 years I have work in Behavioral Health Field. This is the first time I have been on the other side of being in a behavioral health facility for my own recovery. With that said by comparison The River Source is so involved with the success of each individuals recovery. After going to several different treatment centers, I can honestly say that The River Source is the best 12 step based treatment center I have ever been to. They are holistic based, which was great for me because I like natural remedies. Medically, they are good if you are looking for that holistic approach. If there is a lot of psychiatric needs I wouldn't say this would be the best fit. They do take you to an outside psychiatrist if need, but there is not one on site. This program has wonderful staff, who all love their job, and it is evident that they do. River Source does everything in their power to help their clients get the best care they can, answer all 12 step questions, relapse prevention, and prepares their clients to continue their care when they leave treatment :)

It is a strong program with great staff who really do care about you. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good and strong program. They really care about weather or not you leave here with the proper tools.

This is not my first treatment center. I was a bit skeptical coming as to why this program would change my addiction. From the moment I walked in the doors, hope was in the air. The brothers I've met here have forever changed my life. The staff also have changed my life. They too are in recovery which makes a world of difference. They truly understand what you are going through. I'd recommend this program to anybody in recovery. Thank you Riversource.

I was nervous coming into the facility being that it was my first time in treatment, but after my first day I had nothing to be worried about. it is a brotherhood unlike any other which makes it much easier to open up and find the underlying cause of your addiction. having it be a 12 step program and very spiritual makes it great because you become closer with your god or higher power. the staff here is very considerate and helpful and want nothing but the best outcome for each and every one of the patients. the group setting is very helpful that you get others opinions and that helped me understand my wrongs and what I can do to make things better in the long run. overall the facility is a great place to get treatment! I flew all the way out here from Detroit Michigan t find myself and make something of my life again.

There is no better place like the River Source for your treatment; walking in through the big doors you don't know what to expect but there is a staff behind those walls that is dedicated to your unique condition (in my case alcohol). They are professional and caring and most importantly they can relate to your unique condition! I highly recommend the River Source your substance abuse treatment.

I was scared and not sure what I was putting myself into. I sit here 26 days later. I can honestly say this is in my top 10 good experiences of my life. This is a great program and you get out of it what you put in. I am thankful to God, the staff and all the life long friends I met along the way.

I have been in-patient two other times in different facilities and this one is by far the most I have ever understood about my disease. The staff really encourages you to be honest, truthful and are there for you any time you need.
I wish I'd have know about this place before my nephew overdosed on heroin and died at 27y/o. I honestly believe this place could have saved him with their program.

my name is John Wright and I am a 26 year old male recovering addict. I recently completed The River Source program. I cannot say enough good about the staff and especially the program. I am a long term addict and was never able to find recovery before admitting myself into The River Source treatment center.

The program is very thorough, and I never imagined that a 30-60-90 day program offered could change my life as it did. For anyone considering treatment, I urge you to give The River Source a call and to check out the facility. The facility is very nice and the fellowship is second to none, certainly an experience more than I could have ever hoped for.

The program includes process groups, sponsorship, daily groups, and nutritional health I have not ever seen in another facility and so much more. I owe my life to The River Source and am forever grateful that my family found this facility for me. -John W

River source is twelve step based which is exactly what I needed. I would recommend this facility to anybody that is ready to get serious about recovery. All my goals for treatment were met.

I came in for 30 days of treatment and it has gone very well. I have picked up the correct 12 step process that I did not have before and have learned how to apply it. I have also learned the connection to a Higher Power that I did not have before and am connecting and have become very content which a feeling that I had never had before. This was my second time coming to RiverSource Adult Treatment Program for my addiction to prescription abuse. My first experience was in February of 2016 completing 15 days, I was able to stay sober for 8 months, however losing touch with my program and sobriety I decided immediately to attend RiverSource for my second time this November for 30 days while also being pregnant. I felt instantly comfortable and safe with my stay here knowing I had a medical team looking out for the best care for not only myself but for my baby as well with the upmost respect and understanding. With the care of the Behavioral Health Tech's and Management team I was promised a new experience, which has been fulfilled to the highest of standards. I feel safe, secure and relieved being under the care of RiverSource during such a trying time in my life. I owe my recovery to RiverSource and the team they have to offer to everyone.

This is my second time through Riversource and they really are looking out for your well being. I would recommend this place to anyone who is willing to take suggestions and is open minded to a better way of living.
