It was awful. Tried them several times but every time it was one thing or another. Mowing over freshly planted landscape plants, charging an inflated rate to trim a tiny tree, and most recently not compensating me for leaving me hanging by not showing up for four days! I'm so done. With the hundreds of other lawn services in the area that wasn't very smart of them. I had a large party planned this past weekend and it was ruined because the yard looked horrible! I felt I had to stay home so the mowers wouldn't ruin my plants so that really put me in a bind to begin with. When I asked to be discounted on the service, first of all, they put me off ALL day, then said no. Bad business. Taking care of customers is priority. I'll be calling another service for sure.
