Great store with great products. Staff very friendly and knowledgable. The waxed jackets last forever with regular care. I still have my 1st one from the mid 80s!

My husband and I have visited the store at Suburban Square several times and have left each time disappointed. The store is small and has a limited selection. The last time we were there, boxes and bags were scattered all over the cash register area and on the floor this made it very hard to navigate with a stroller. The girls that work there seem friendly, but seem preoccupied with their cell phones. Each time we've been in, the store is usually empty, you'd think getting some attention would be easy, it's not. I strongly suggest making coats that aren't available in stores, available through a catalog or website. Great coats, but your service lacks.
