I want to mention , in a very twisted situation from the claims department I had to prove I owned the bed an beyond on top of that they new of the closing of where I purchased several. this was a process in it self, and to top if off the claims department put the inconveniences to this store , as well the claims wants to copy other stores . I really want to speak out how this store has opened the storage for my husband and I ... It is shown that these big companies tie these franchise stores hands. Through it all: karma is bigger. (Again I want to thank Joe for his hospitality)....

Buyer Be Ware *****I really wanted to support this local store in Ardmore, Oklahoma. I could have bought my mattress for alot less going to Dallas or Oklahoma City. However, I vistited their nice store and was helped by the owner Joe Maple. He was very nice helped me to select a mattress. On the wall in his store there is a sign that says " 60 day trial" . He sold me on a very expensive mattress and told me to go ahead and take it home and try it out. He said that if I didn't like it that he would take it back and find one that I would like. Lukely, I gave him by credit card instead of cash. I gave the mattress a week and could not sleep on it. I paid him over $5,000 for the mattress and he offered to exchange it for one that cost that only cost $2173. He delivered the new mattress to me and I told him that I liked it much better. That when the problems begin. He claims that he has a store poiicy of No Refunds and further he claims that he publishes his store policies. If you go to his web site he he list all of his policies but makes no mention of this policy of no refunds and further he claims that he tells everyone that comes into his store of this policy. He cons people by telling them to take the matteress home for 60 days and try it out but fails to tell you that if you bring it back that there will be no refund. What a con man.
