This company should win an award for the worst customer service ever. Or maybe they should get fined. They have missed trash pickup probably 15 times in two years. If your payment is late though, they will cut you off. Then they billed us to two separate accounts. Very disorganized company. If you have an alternative, do it.

This is the fourth time in around a year that our garbage does not get picked up. Now it has been sitting outside for more than two weeks, even though we called and complained several times. This week we were told that someone would pick it up in the next 24 hours, but no one showed up. We are just so disappointed about this same problem arising over and over again, and we were wondering why our neighborhood always gets neglected for the pick-ups, since all the neighbors have the same issues.

Doesn't pick up trash. We do our part and pay them. They show up whenever they want. I do not recommend them at all and feel they should be put out of business in our area. You need reliable trash service in bear country. They are NOT it.

Worst company ever. We were told that the trash has to be by the road no later than 7 am. They NEVER come before 4 pm, and have picked up as late as 7 pm. That is if they pick it up at all.



If you have a choice of companies to use, run ... run as fast as you can away from Waste Pro.

They didn't pick up my garbage again this week. Pickup is Tuesday; I called early Wednesday morning and was told they would pick it up within 24 hours. I put it out again Wednesday and Thursday; they did not pick it up. Their phone mailbox is full and call wait times are ridiculous.

Never picked up the trash last week. We payed for a whole year at a time, and still have about 6 months left. Called to ask about it and the lady was super rude! She said we must not have had the trash out by 7am so it was our own fault. We put the trash out THE NIGHT BEFORE, but she kept insisting they hadn't missed us and that I must be mistaken. Our whole road still had trash sitting out on the side of the road, not just us. When asked about crediting the missed week to our account she flat out refused. Then she would not give her name. If I hadn't paid so far in advance I would not be using their service ever again.

When the pick up trash and garbage they do an excellent job. However, if they ever stop picking it up at your residence for whatever reason, you will continue to pay and still get no service. They drove right by a container they were told to empty and they left both it and the recycle blue bag.

This place charges for trash pick up, and then drives past or does not show up at all on week 4 on a consistant basis. Once we were even told one of the drivers was sick and it would be 2 weeks. We gave them numerous chances and today finally severed the tie. What a complete waste of time.
