Very nice store, and new owners are very friendly. Their mailbox price is competitive, and they provide drop off for UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS packages, which is convenient.

I can say that if there was one word to overview my experince with this mail box rental in Arcadia it would be RUDE!! Not only rude but when my wheelchair lift in my van broke the older gentleman that works there says He wont help me load boxes in my van. I dont know what country these people come from but they dont know the meaning of common courtesy!! Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.And as far as Im concerned the owners should move back to Rudeistan!!!!

Horrible place for business they over charge for everything, I can believe they still are running up serving I really think they need a crash coarse on how to be successful business owners with out having to rip descent people!

Love this place. It's right around the corner from my house and we use it for our mailing, faxing, etc. The staff is very warm and friendly and always willing to help.
