BEWARE CUSTOMERS!!! I bought 3 of the special $35 anti-cellulite body-wrap treatment and I made my appointment direct to Eden office less than a week but the tricky part Its that I went there and yesterday I got a treatment called partial anti-cellulite treatment which I didn't know or notice at the beginning (its my first time) BUT IT WAS NOT THE GROUPON SPECIAL!! At the end of the session one customer service offered me if I wanted an upgrade, so I'm getting a little confuse with all the details of different treatments and prices, since it was expensive for me (some for over a 250 -1,000 and other almost 3,000) she kept going down on prices until she mentioned a treatment that I thought was fair on price and she said if I pay extra $60 each on the next 2 sessions I CAN HAVE THIS SPECIAL TREATMENT CALLed...... Anti-cellulite treatment full-body!!!!! it's the first time that I got a treatment so I was paying attention to the process of the upgrade; anyway I paid $60 extra and made my appointment for the next 2 sessions, she wanted me to pay $120 for the next 2 session left but i told her i couldn't pay the whole amount ($120) so she say it's ok to pay $60 before 2nd session and on 2nd session pay for 3rd session. Now I see the description of the $35 Groupon, deal catcher and yipit are the same treatment same description. Next day (today) I was checking and I realized It's the same for what I paid for the upgrade $60 more each treatment. I called and talked to the same girl and she remembered me, anyway I asked her again what is the name of the treatment that I had and what it is the name of the upgrade treatment and guess what??? I paid extra for an upgrade treatment and it is the same one they had on groupon!!!! I told her that I have a copy of the ad and she told me that "GROUPON MADE A MISTAKE (what about Deal Catcher and yipit??) AND THEY NEVER SAY THAT to groupon AND THEY TOLD GROUPON IT WAS ONLY PARTIAL TREATMENT ANTI-CELLULITE!! I told her i have the copy of the groupon, ( now a made a copy of deal catcher and yipit they are expired but sill posted) and She said to bring the copy to the 2nd session and if it is correct they will give me my money back I'm assuming they will credit to my account since I paid with my bank card. I won't denied the place its nice, clean, friendly and the Hispanic lady (her name is Lidia) who gave me the treatment was super nice, friendly and professional because I was nervous, I would give her 5 rating :)

But I'm very disappointed that they didn't say anything about it at the beginning (mistake) and of course they knew it because GROUPON wasn't the only place, what about deal catcher, yipit??I don't know what to rate anymore, I was very happy with the lady that attendanted me.

I will update after my second session if i get the right one. And of course another update for the 3rd session, thank you for reading this long review but I think it is fair for all the CUSTOMERS to know this, i dont know if they tell every customer the same story or the customers don't notice what treatment was the original one maybe was my fault for not checking the description of the treatment first, but I trusted them and all I said was the $35 anticelutite body treatment special on GROUPON (the only special at the time)I never said partial treatment until the end one customer service told me the name, thank you.
