This place is just horrible. The roaches wont leave you alone and the gnats are all over the sink. The ac leaks water down the wall and the power surges and fried my laptop. And on top of that the lady with black teeth and an obvious drug abuse problem had 1000 excuses not to give me my deposite back. I was kept all night on the weekends with the loud music in the parking lot because i have to wake up at 5:30 am because some people work for a living. Do not recomend this place at all unless you want the roaches travelling with you in your car and im sure you dont want to take them home with you.

This place is just awful. The weekly rate is pretty low, but the nightly rate is $63 or thereabouts. They must be charging .5 cents per cockroach. No housekeeping - got a flier on the door this morning for room cleaning service - they charge you $35 to clean a 3-bed room, $25 for a 2-bed, and $15 for a single. I absolutely couldn t believe it. The other flier I got on the door today was about how if anyone uses a BBQ pit outside the center yard-area, they are going to come pour water on your coals and kick you out with no refund.



If you want fresh towels or bedding, you have to go to the office with your old ones. No big deal, except the door is locked 24/7 and no one is EVER in the office. There s no doorbell to ring, you have to knock, and I have yet to get an answer... but somehow they come to the door for my fiance EVERY time he goes.



There s a good sized fridge and a microwave. In my room, they were sitting on top of a dresser. Inside the dresser lives a colony of roaches. When the room gets still and quiet, they come out and play and search for crumbs. They also live inside the microwave. The microwave clock looks like it s alive because they are so deep in there that they get behind the little screen and move around. It s creepy. And the roaches have competition - there are also ants and gnats.



On the inside of the room door there is a sign letting people know that they will be prosecuted if they take anything. Next to that sign is an inventory that is UTTERLY inaccurate and hasn t been updated since 2005 according to the date written on it.



The internet is pretty quick, but the signal goes in and out almost constantly. Enjoy.
