I gave them a one star for miss leading me in what I was asking for. I needed my septic system cleaned out so plumbers could do some work in the septic system.

I stated to the company "I need my septic tank cleaned out so my plumbers can get in the tank and do some work."

The company only skimmed off a little water from the tank that was left in it. The plumbers who where installing a grinder pump had all ready pump the tank to about four inches from the bottom.

I called the company and they said there where mud and rocks in the system so they could not pump the sludge out. Also that they always leave some in the bottom to allow the septic system to work properly. Ok I get that. I was installing a grinder pump.

Bottom line is that the picture of the septic tank taken before pumping shows an almost empty septic tank with no mud or rocks. Just a little sludge on one side sloping down to waste water. Paid a lot of money to pump less than two inches of water.
