I have been shopping at Pawn America for many years and have found so many amazing things. There inventory changes regularly and you never know what you might find. Good selection of many items and at great prices!

I worked with Carmen A. on Saturday while I was there this past weekend. I've shopped here before for home electronics, and I tell everyone this is where they should go. This was the first time I had my kiddos along. I read a previous review from a few days ago complaining about how the employee acted regarding their kids, and it couldn't be further from the truth. My 5 boys were with me, and not only did this employee help me with what I needed help with, but she had tremendous patience with my kiddos and went out of her way to make the experience fun for them too.

Staff is always friendly a mms everything is well organized. Lots of great deals and no pressure shopping!

They buy for cheap and sell it for almost retail price..when pawn america first open there price were great now they just jack up expensive. Found a game they were selling for $100 went to go talk to them why so high of a price. They said "because it said it in amazon" look it up and show them uh no no where to be found on amazon for that price...plus accused me of stealing. When they didnt check all the camera. Police followed me home question me said that at one of the camera angle look like i took something when those two game that was in my jacket was the game I didn't wanna sell to them cause they gave me crappy offer. So i told the police that and ask if he check all the camera angle he said no. And he ask if i drove a gmc truck. C'mon im Asian i dont drive gmc trucks. He went back and called and didnt even say sorry or did pawn america said sorry. He just said "next time you shouldnt put your game in your pocket" uhh i deserve a apology. I was still looking around the store why go to my car and come back. 4 years ago now they still wouldnt buy my stuff cause supposedly i stold when it was proven not be stolen....hate pawn america and wouldnt even recommend it. They expensive. Old 2011 laptop for $400-$500 netbook with no charger still goes for $200 at there store plus macbook pro 2009-2010 with no charger and missing keyboard still goes for $500.

Bought a select number of items here. The customer service was flipping terrible. Everyone who was working was either standing around talking to one another and only was willing to help you if you were looking to buy. I will say I was happy with the prices I got my items for but some of them prices are not worth the time. Honestly on a sliding scale the management and people who own this pawn america need to reevaluate the people they hired and honestly get more knowledgeable employees. Never in my entire life time have I seen such lazy workers and literally useless employees. I have managed companies before but this tops the cake of stupidity. Hire people off the street, make sure they at least know what Windows/Linux is and know the products your selling instead of just guessing and making your company look incompetent.

Bring your gold, jewelry and old coins to this store if you need money. We did it and it was easy and fun. We sold four rings made of gold for $130.00 which is just awesome. The lady who waited on us was friendly and forgiving.

We waited in line for forty five minutes to talk to someone about the item we were going to pawn. During that time we watched as each employee paraded past us, wandering. They were very nonchalant and did not care there was a line. One window was open and like a rotating sign, a new person would walk up talk to the person at the window and then wander into the store or the backroom for fifteen minutes. They never returned with merchandise or ever talked to him again. It was amusing and real, confusing.
