Heather spent two hours with us for our first meeting when we explained our home preferences. She showed us the perfect home that very same day and we made an offer a couple days later. Not only was she helpful in finding us a home, but she is well versed with all stages of the process even to the point of recommending carpet cleaners or moving companies.

She treats her clients like friends and is always available for any questions. She understands the market and readily shares that knowledge with her clients.

I do not believe we will need to move again anytime soon, but when we do we will certainly work with Heather again.

We highly recommend Lisa Klapper to anyone - Lisa was always there for us every moment we needed her or had a question. She is extremely knowledgeable, understanding and caring. We are so thankful for all of her hard work and dedication in helping us purchase our new cabin.

Amy Williams is an excellent realtor. We dug the basement for our first house on our 10th Annivererary. We raised our 4 children there. We have many wonderful memories of that home. She was so great as this was a hard decision for us to SELL. We loved our home very much as my brother helped build it so it had sentimental value. Carrie Bunnell is a great real estate agent. We had a lake home for sale in a tough real estate market in a small community with very high taxes. We are writing this letter in recommendation of realtor Heather Altman. When we first began

looking for our first home, we initially used a realtor from Coldwell Banker. After months of

seeing houses that did not meet our needs, a coworker gave me Heather's business card. Heather responded to my email inquiry about her availability the same day and we were able to make an appointment that week to start the search for our home.

Heather was patient and willing to meet when our schedules allowed us to, which was often

during evenings and on weekends. At the first home we visited, Heather asked us to tell her in detail what we liked and didn't like about the house so that she knew what types of homes to be showing us. Then, she was able to show us homes that mirrored those wants and needs. Heather drove us all over the Fox Valley to find us the home of our dreams and was patient with us as we placed offers on two different homes before closing on our third offer.

Heather was professional and helpful during the process. She talked us through all of the

paperwork we were signing and always answered our questions thoroughly. Heather's

dedication to her clients is unwavering. She makes herself available at all times and responds to inquiries almost immediately, which is important since real estate can be very time sensitive.

She is also clearly very knowledgeable about the business, which is reassuring for first time

home buyers. We will use Heather again in the future when it is time to move on from our new home. We will also be giving Heather's name out to anyone that has real estate needs. It was a pleasure to work with her and we hope to do so again in the future.
