I was told that I had to have a oxygen concentrator. So Lincare brought one out. I made payments on it for years. Then I found out I over paid on it and I would get a refund. So I did and was sent a check from Lincare fr $303.80 and the concentrator was mine. i switched insurance company for better rates and they started billing me again for the concentrator because I changed the insurance company. When ever I call for billing I'm always on hold. This time it's been1 hour and 39 minutes.

I had my paperwork sent to Lincare in Appleton by my Droctors office in October 2015. I too had my deductable and out of pocket met for the year. I was told by Lincare they had a 3-4 week back log. No problem I thought. I would still get it before the end of the year and in time to use it a few weeks before my follow up visit with my Dr that they scheduled the first week of January. Boy was I wrong!!! I called in early December to check on it thinking any day now. I was told by the guy there that he had to submit it to my insurance for approval and would be doing that by Wednesday of that week (1st week of December). He said they had to give an answer within 15 days. I thought ok great still ok. WRONG! It is now February 1st 2016 I called and was told it still was not ordered and that it was under internal review to make sure I would not be denied and they would have to take it back, WTF? I have to pay for the whole thing myself now anyway so why would that matter! What a joke
