My wife and I were under the assumption that this was a legit LOAN company. It turns out they are nothing more then a glorified payday loan facility where you make monthly payments on a 6 to 12 month term. You would be better suited going to your bank that you know and can trust for a quick cash loan.



Communication and company policies seem to change daily, if not hourly. You can speak to the manager one day and the next day he will call as if the conversation never happened. Terms, conditions, rates and fees are not explained thoroughly during the application process or afterwards when you have questions regarding payments that have been more then you were explained during the application process.



An auto rider of some sort was added without our knowledge and in fact we did not realize it for 3 months (with extra payments being factored in as well) when the "missing" form showed up in the mail that they "forgot" to have us sign. This form is the OPTIONAL auto rider that you do not need to sign, but we were being charged for anyways without consent. When we called to ask about it we were told just to sign it and return it as the coverage is included in the loan. After a few on point direct questions and some run around, we eventually found out the form is OPTIONAL and by being included, he meant it was already being deducted from us.



Stay away from this business. very unpleasant and what I consider dishonest business.
