Foster Elementary School offers educational programs to children from grades kindergarten through sixth, and is governed by the Appleton Area School District. The school follows the Student Achievement Guarantee in Education program that advocates for a class size of up to 15 for grades K-3 and up to 25 for grades four through six. The kindergarten program focuses on thematic units that integrate curriculum areas, such as reading, math, social studies, science, art and music.
