we went there on a Saturday night around 6:30. THEY were PACKED. we did not have a reservation and we are not bar drinkers...we asked how long of a wait and they got us seated within 5 minutes!! salad bar was good and they have the BEST tenderloin I have ever tasted!

HORRIBLE FOOD-HORRIBLE SERVICE-HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Worst fish I ever ate, ordered perch and got greasy & oiled down Pike. Server was very rude. Server spilled hot oil/fake butter for haddock on a near 90 year old woman and never apologized or assisted. She walked away and could have cared less. Salad bar was extra and had wilted lettuce and old vegetables. Clam chowder was milk and potatoes with no clams. All vegetables were old, and basically there was no selection. Server waited on 6 tables who sat down after us and intentionally held food back--waited forever. Server did not offer any specials and would not accommodate anything unless asked several times. Had to get up 3 times and go and find her to get some napkins. She never brought a clean fork and stated "We don't do that". It was horrible. Manager stated he appreciated comments, and that "server has her days'. He did nothing to reduce bill or offer any kind of apology. Sorry, but I took my future booking of 40 people for dinner to another restaurant where management and staff appreciate their clientele. DO NOT EAT HERE. FOOD, SERVICE, AND QUALITY HAVE ALL GONE DOWN OVER THE YEARS.

Really good food and the prices are extremley reasonable. however the service was so/so.

Food and service is great, only thing I have negative is their lack of a web site. Would like to know menu and specials rather than having to go there in person.

Kind of a small bar area so if you coming during peak hours you may find yourself standing up. Other then that everyone is very friendly, the food is great, and the prices are reasonable.
