My computer was running slow, possible viruses. I took it in and was told it would not boot up and needed a new hard drive for $200. I pointed out that it booted up when I brought it in, and then I was told it did boot up. This was a 4 year old laptop and I know it's not even worth the $200 to put a new hard drive in. Even if the hard drive was bad, which it wasn't, I think a reputable business would not recomend paying $200 to fix an old computer when a new one could be puchased for just a little more than that. The clerk was rude and I felt like he talked down to me since I didn't know as much about computers as he did. I paid the service fee and left.

I had problems with my computer, got an error message saying "Time Clocked Stopped" I was unable to load my computer at all. I took the computer to this repair center to have it worked on and showed them what the computer did, James was the one who I dealt with and he stated he was unsure what was wrong, and he would call me when he knew what was going on. I received a call a few hours later telling me it was the hard drive and it needed to be replace and windows would need to be reinstalled after replacing the hard drive. Costing about $200.00 to fix. This did not seem right to me. I picked up the computer paying for the $39.00 for having them look at it and there were parts broken on the computer also I was pressured about having it fixed.



Later, I took the computer to a friend and all that was wrong with the computer was the semos battery, which cost a couple bucks to replace. I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL taking your computer to this company.

The people were great the service was great. I had my computer wiped completely clean, and i have not had problem since
