excellent service

I experienced awesome service both in my home and in their store. Jeff was super helpful and went above normal expected service to help me. A similar experience was shown to me in my home. Andy helped explain his troubleshooting the problem and answered my many questions in a similar fashion that Jeff did in the store. So nice to see this type of service still exists!
