Wow, this place rocks! My mother and I came into the Bed Bath & Beyond store looking for a few items that we needed. One item we purchased was for a baby shower we are invited to at the end of this month (September 2014). Since Bed Bath & Beyond is a "sister store" with Buy Buy Baby store ... Mom & I were able to have an employee get on their computer to place an order for us (for a foldable/rocking baby crib by Fisher Price). When we went thru the process ... it was so easy and they not only applied an awesome 20-percent off coupon for us but when I asked if they could waive the shipping fee they actually did so! Mom & I were very impressed with their great customer service and will be shopping Bed Bath & Beyond store now all the time. Note: we price checked other stores and BBB had overall lower prices especially when using a 20% off coupon ... and if you don't have a coupon with you the store will give you the discount anyway & in addition too that the store will even honor all coupons that expires (with expiration dates on them) even if they expire years ago!! Also, when the item gets delivered to your home (how cool is that) we were told that we can bring it into their store and go to their new "FREE Gift-Wrapping Station" (to the left of the Customer Service area) that has a pretty wrapping paper supply and cool purple ribbon supply to use to wrap your stuff on your own ... right there in the store. That's what we will be doing and so excited about all these perks that Bed Bath & Beyond gives to their customers :) BBB rocks!!
