This was the WORST experience of my entire life at any restaurant! First, I get to the restaurant and one of the workers said we had to eat outside because all the registers were occupied. (This was not during lunch hour nor was it very busy). As we go outside, its obviously a windy day and as me and my family stood there in front of the order sign which was next to the window, I place my order and waiting for him to ask me if I needed Anything else but instead it was a dead silence. My mother had to shout Helloooo and the only response that came out was Yup? My parents finally orders their food and all we can get out of the guy on the microphone is Yup and Nope answers. This waiter was really lousy.



After waiting 20+ minutes for our food, we get the WRONG ORDER! The employees brought the food back inside and we waited additional 10 minutes and got our food finally however my father said ketchup only and everything you could imagine was on his food except the ketchup!!! While eating, I could hear yelling associates from the inside of the building. There were a couple of workers outside dragging an extension cord blocking traffic in the drive through. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND I WILL ALSO BE FORWARDING THIS COMPLAINT TO THEIR CORPORATE HEAD QUARTERS AS WELL!

Just got a to go order from Darboy A& W. Got home and found out server #13 forgot our onions on our Coney dogs. How do you forget to put onions on the famous Coney dog? It just won't taste the same :(

Simply the best A&W in the area and one of the best fast food places I've eaten at in awhile. Good prices, phenomal service, delicious food, friendly staff.

You need to supply the wait staff with calculators. The girl that checked us out at the table, which was strange, screwed us out of $1.00. Because she could not figure out the change she owed me.

The tastiest burgers on the planet. The specials are neat and the staff is exceptional.
