WGS Associates, Inc (WGSA) is a consulting firm specializing in serving lenders, property owners, and prospective buyers in the due diligence process of real estate transactions. WGSA 's practice is purposely limited to environmental assessments, property condition assessments, and construction loan monitoring and inspection. Our prime objective is to give our clients accurate and reliable assessments of the environmental risks and physical condition of properties during the transfer of ownership or collateralization. The services provided by WGSA are tailored to conform to our client's specific needs. Each assignment is initiated by establishing a clear statement of the scope of work to be performed and the delivery of the agreed upon work product. Communication with our client from the beginning of the assignment and throughout the execution of the work is a hallmark of our process. A principal of WGSA will personally perform all the tasks of the assignment including document review, historical research interpretation of historical photographs and building plans, comprehensive site visits, and report preparation. This approach provides our clients with a single contact who has all the facts and also provides a seamless process from start to finish.
