Very rude I called about a package that was shipped by ups and I had not revieved yet so I called and the lady tells me we only ship you have a to call another place we have nothing to do with that so i say okay and she just hanged up on me without even a goodbye very unprofessional I work in retail and we try to help as much as we can and also thank them for calling or whatever we don't hang up on people simply because we're not in the mood guess what you chose this job so grow up and deal with it!

These people are crazy.... they are charging $5.00 to hold a package... What the hell????

I WOULD CHECK OTHER STORES IN THE AREA. THESE PEOPLE CHARGE 3 TIMES THE COST FOR FLAT RATE USPS ENVELOPES. THEY WITLL SELL YOU $5.00 FLAT RATE FOR $15.00.DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY HERE, CHECK OTHER UPS LOCATIONS U WILL SAVE ABOUT 70%
