We have been having issues on and off with our septic tank for years, particularly with the toilet not draining properly and overflowing. All other drains are slow, but will still drain. Mike and Tommy came to our home today to pump out our septic tank in hopes that that would fix things without having to call a plumber for further evaluation and/or repairs (and cost). They were timely, extremely helpful, professional, and fixed our problem in about 30-45 mins. Toilet flushes like a dream now! This is our second time using Glenn Tatum Septic services and we’ve been impressed both times. I highly recommend using them for any septic and/or plumbing needs. Fantastic service!

Glenn answered the phone at 7am, had my tank pumped that day. I did need a new drain-field and he gave a competitive estimate and wanted a lower deposit than others. He and all of the folks my wife and I dealt with were helpful and very positive. The work on replacing the drain-field was very professionally done and passed inspection first time and was complete in one day. The guys that did the work were very good at their job and were polite and respectful. In addition when the fill dirt was put back in place and graded in it was flawless. This company is an excellent company to deal with! They did a great job to install a new septic system for my rental property...I''l do business with them again for my other property

Glenn was out to my house within the hour of me speaking with him. I was glad to reach them directly at 7am and was able to use my bathroom again and be to work on time. Not only did they pump out my septic system, he also took the time to explain the problem, offer me some tips on keeping a healthy septic system, but also recommended a timeline for me to keep on other services. As a new homeowner who's never had a septic, I was glad to have Glenn show me the ropes!

There are plenty of other companies to hire for septic related issues. Avoid this guy. He will not repair damages caused by his poor attitude and lack of knowledge in his field. Buyer Beware!

I hired Glenn Tatum Septic to install a new drain field. Nothing but problems with the system. When I called them for solutions, they were not cooperative but rather hostile and difficult, although I was within my 'warranty' period. His wife was handling the so-called customer service. Very unprofessional. I have spent a fortune using other companies on pump outs and service calls to maintain Glenn Tatum Septics initial shotty work. When calling other companies to resolve continuous problems and explained that this company installed the drain field they laughed (apparently Glenn Tatum Septic has a reputation within their industry as being a joke). Wish I had know that prior to hiring them for the job. That is my intention for writing this review - so others won't make the same mistake I did! DO NOT SELECT GLENN TATUM SEPTIC to do any work for you. You will be paying for it long after the completion of their 'work'!!!!
