Worst experience EVER!! I Was a loyal customer for nearly a year. Sent many others there to get their garments laundered. I had two major issues

1. Recently I started having an issue with my shirts smelling a little musky, as if they were laundered with insufficient cleaner and tossed in with other horrible smelling clothes. This was really upsetting since my shirts are only worn once and placed in a hamper with only dry clean shirts which have no smell when I take them in to be cleaned.

2. As long as I have been coming into this store I have paid with a check when I pick up my things. When I would drop off my stuff the staff would ask me “do you want to pay for this now or when you pick it up?” to which I always opted to pay when I picked it up. This was never a problem until recently when I had my wife drop off my stuff near the holiday season. My wife was treated very rude and was told “your husband has never paid for his stuff when he picked it up, we have a policy here so that’s not possible… which was a lie. She also berated her boss, complaining, saying that she was left there by herself and that she was overwhelmed. Then today when I went to drop more stuff off I explained that I was not happy with the way my wife was treated previously and that I would give them another opportunity since I understand mistakes can be made. The lady that I spoke to happened to be the one that my wife spoke to, unbeknownst to me. She said she doesn’t know how that its possible that my things smelled funny because that just isn’t possible. I told her “I wouldn’t lie to you”.

When I went to leave she asked me the infamous question “do you wanna pay now or when you pick it up” I said, when I pick it up. She explained that this has never been their policy (as she was recording the transaction on the computer) I again tried to explain to her that no one has ever told me that and it has never been a problem before. As I was speaking she handed me the ticket which showed the total for when I pick it up. I ask her to have her manager or owner call me, of which she was nasty when she said “oh don’t worry, she’s gonna call you”.

Later when the manager called me she said “I was told you wanted me to call you” So I explained the problem I had and how my wife was treated etc. When I was done talking she said that I needed to come pick up the 44 shirts that I had dropped off because they were not going to clean it. She continued by telling me that I had refused to pay in advance every time that I dropped off my stuff (of which she was never there). I said WHAT!, your only going by what your employees have told you and your not going to believe me? So, I told her that I would gladly take my business somewhere else, spending nearly $400 in less than a year with them, not to mention all of the people that ive sent their way. I couldn’t believe the way I was treated.

The bottom line is that her employees explained to her their side of the story and before she even called me she had already made up her mind before she even heard my side of the story that she was going to tell me to come get my stuff. When I showed up to get my stuff she confirmed that when I asked her.

I do NOT recommend that anyone use this cleaner.
