William L. Harris "Lee" is a superior young man! He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things if I have a question. He is definitely a keeper!

In addition, I am very pleased with my service. My yard looks great! When I first moved here I used a different company and was very dissatisfied. They obviously were using products that were really watered down. After Evergreen treats my lawn it really has a strong product odor! Definitely not watered down. Thank you Lee and Evergreen!

I would like to give a big "THANK YOU" to EVERGREEN and their supervisor Rick for saving me a considerable amount of money & certainly a-lot of time. I have a row of shrubs running along both sides of the house, its about 75' in length total and 3' tall. Slowly, over the past 4-5 years, these once beautiful, healthy plants were thinning out to nothing. I noticed that as soon as any new leaves would pop out, they would get black spots, curl up & fall off in big clumps. Eventually, the entire hedge developed this disease and it looked like it was on its last leg. I treated and sprayed, over and over, nothing seemed to help much.
My neighbors use Evergreen and they dont have the same issues that I do. Just by luck, when I was out spraying the hedge again early on a Sat. Morning, Evergreen showed up next door at my neighbors house. As I spoke with their technician, his supervisor Rick showed up. Rick agreeed to inspect the landscape and informed me that I said that my hedges were Sweet Viburnam and that they were infected with a disease called Downey Mildew. When I asked Rick what Evergreen could do for my Viburnam, his reply was simple, amusing and definitely not what I expected. Rick suggested, insisted, that I remove the overhead sprinkler risers and install drip irrigation. The drip irrigation is designed to deliver the water only where it is needed, to the root system, thereby avoiding what is causing the disease; water sitting on the leaves. Well, 7 months later and 2 or 3 treatments from Evergreen and the Viburnam have never looked better. It is absolutely amazing how effective this process has been. Thank You, Rick & Evergreen

We have used many lawn companies before we found Evergreen. I have to say I wish we had found them first. Whenever there is a problem, they are right there ready to help. The office is always so nice and eager to help. The guy who does our lawn knows what he is talking about. When they started our service the lawn was horrible and now you can see so many improvements. I would recommend them to all our neighbors.

I had evergreen for about a year and for most of that it was great. My grass and hedges showed marked improvement and then we had a tough winter. I understand my lawn would need time to recover. However at some point I became unimportant to Evergreen. I had to call about my technician coming out on multiple occasions because he didn't show up. My lawn made a strong comeback and then slowly started to look worse each passing month of the summer even though I was watering frequently. I called and cancelled my service and was told a manager would come out and discuss my issues. I found this a pleasant suprise and expected them to offer to correct this. The manager did offer that but only after blaming me for my lawn problems. I was told I watered in the middle of the day and when I said I did not do that, I was told the technician that documented this does not lie. I guess I do. I was told my grass showed drought stress. I am a current Evergreen customer that happened to be working on my yard this past Saturday and noticed fresh insect damage on a section of my lawn. An Evergreen technician happen to be driving by so I flagged him down. I explained my problem and instead of referring me to call the office or telling me he had a full schedule, Joesph the technician took the time to walk my lawn and pinpoint the problem. He then said that he would be back within a hour to spray my lawn. Joesph came back as promised and treated my lawn. Again this was on a Saturday. Outstanding job Joesph! Thank you for going above and beyond.

Terrible customer relations. Had to keep calling back for retreatment of weeds and chinch bugs. Had a major chinch bug problem and the tech said I needed more water. In that particular area I had dollar weeds.(too much water) I cancelled the service and they showed anyway, I had to send them a certified letter to cancel! they finally got the msg. Although, I did receive a phone call from their office, explaining to me that I should have spoken with the owner before cancelling the service...VERY PUSHY PEOPLE!

i have been with evergreen now for about four years and have never had a problem with the service the office staff is well informed as well as my tech who in fact does a great job he always leaves a note on my door telling me exactly what he did on the day of service and they always call me the day before they come out to service my lawn evergreen is a great company and i would like to say evergreen is the way to go for quality service and great customer care

Very poor customer service. When advised to discontinue spraying due to problem with the lawn, they advised that sod needed to be replaced. We told them we are not currently in a position to replace the whole lawn and do not want it sprayed until we can do so. However, they came out again and I caught the tech half way through the lawn, he advised that I was still on his list and he had forgotten our previous conversation until then. We were charged $59.00 again for spraying a pitiful yard. I have explained this several times to the Evergreen office staff and they have now lost a customer over $59.00. We would have picked back up with our service when we could replace the lawn, but now we will choose from one of the many other companies out there and advise our friends and neighbors to do the same.
