My daughter and I have been coming her for more than 5 years. We love the staff, their professionalism a and their attentiveness to us as individuals.

The best GYN practice I have found. Not only do they do primary care but they also specialize in women's health. Its nice to be able to call and get an appointment with flexibility. The nurse Practitioner is extremely nice and listens to your every concern. If i could give his place 100 stars I would. Friendly kind and inviting staff. They also are great at inserting IUD's. Will never go back to my old doctor!

I went to Creekside Women's Center initially for Weight Management. The provider was sympathetic to my needs and encouraged me that we could get myself back to a healthy weight. I had been referred to a Gastric Bypass surgeon in the past for my weight but feared the outcome of having such an extreme surgery done that was not necessarily needed my BMI was not even recommended for surgery. Together with the help of the provider we created a plan to help me reach my goal. I have since lost 35+ lbs since starting on Saxenda in December of 2016. I am closer to my goal and feel better than ever! I am confident with my body. I would recommend this office for their caring and help towards reaching my goal. Creekside Women's Center is definitely a place for women to reach their goals and find quality care. They also have inserted my Mirena IUD and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. No period and no remembering to take a pill everyday is the way to go!

They have been going thru some changes... however, no matter who I have seen I have always gotten excellent care. A little bothered about the changes, but I understand things change... such is life.

I left the practice for awhile because of the change of the providers... I went back this week to meet their new provider(as this location is so much easier to my home)- LOVED her.
I will continue my family practice/women care here

Lack of communication. One year ago, a called twice about my HCP, then went into the office to finally be told my HCP had left the office. Went into the office today to follow up with what was discussed 4 weeks ago. The HCP denied what we had discussed. It was a waste of my time and money.

Jodi is fantastic but the front desk staff (Specifically Kim) is extremely rude and makes me feel like I'm bothering her.

Was very happy with NP and practice as a new patient. As time has gone on, I have become increasingly dissatisfied. NP does not address concerns. Can't ever get in for a 5 minute B12 injection and labs take over a week to get results. Made an appt for heath concerns I was having and concerns were immediately dismissed. Made me feel as though I was bothering them. Will not be returning to this practice.

This office was amazing very professional and the nurse practioner was incredible and very compassionate !! Definitely would recommend trying this office

I can not say enough great things about this practice! Everyone is super friendly, you are not rushed if you have questions. First time EVER I'm telling my friends great things about an exam. You must go see Wesley Tyler, shes awesome!!!

Creekside Women's Center is the place to go. The staff is friendly, inviting, and very knowledgeable. The providers do not hesitate at any question asked, and their answers are insightful and thorough. Way to go CWC. Best gyn office in the area!

I have been looking for a wonderful gyn office since moving to Cary 10 years ago. I have finally found it! The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, the front staff is friendly and helpful. The providers are terrific: very thorough and knowledgable, especially Wesley. They really take their time to explain and answer any questions you may have. They also have a great weight loss program that my husband has taken advantage of.

I originally chose to receive services from here because of their advertisement for B12 injections on Groupon. There was several similar deals upon the site as well. I called to schedule an appointment with this business eager to learn more information about the injections. After all, this would be going into MY body! I called and asked if it was the correct business and if they were the ones from groupon. I asked if they could explain what B12 does to the body to help weight loss. The woman told me they would explain when I got there. That already made me feel kind of eh...Shouldn't I know what I'm paying for??? I also decided to schedule my physical as well to kill two birds with one stone. When I got there I was told it was the wrong business. Mind you I called ahead and I drove from North Raleigh. They told me I could pay them $70 for them to do the service I paid another business to do on Groupon. Logically, I wouldn't pay twice. I said I wanted to cancel my appointment. They became really hostile towards me. They said I need to pay $50 for cancellation. I refused. I called in advance and asked. I did apologize for the confusion; however, they continued to want me to get my physical along with paying. I walked out. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. They do not care about customer service at all!! The reviews are right. They have no patience and the front desk staff could learn better customer service skills.

Was prescribed multiple medications for anxiety/panic attacks which a disabling, she had no compassion, no interest In seeing my years of medical records and lacks any knowledge that a real physician should be aware of. The stress on my heart and the inability to care for my son has only escalated my symptoms. This is a new medical office, that I doubt will remain open for long, unless the main doctor finds an assistant that has the patients health as their top priority.

I was in need of a new OB/GYN that was closer to home with my hectic schedule and Creekside Women's Center offered just that, and went above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Pleasant made me feel comfortable and at ease in a situation that is daunting for many people. Very pleased with my visit and am planning to come back for future visits.
