I talked to Don yesterday after dealing with our home warranty. We just had twins and our ac went out, home warranty said they couldn't get anyone out until Tuesday whIle my new borns and a 2 yrd old we're being exposed to high heat Don dispatched his tech and within 30 mins Jeff was at my door. My system was wrecked and Jeff spent the time on a Sunday to diagnose and figured out my issues. 7 hours and many trips to the attic my ac system is working better then it ever has. EQUI-TECH is a prime example of what good quality business truly is. If the rest of the tech there are like Jeff then you will be in good hands. Thanks EQUI-TECH, Jeff and Don for your help in getting my family safe and cool. Also Don personally called me after the job was done to ensure that I was happy and to make sure that I didnt have any outstanding concerns. Our A/C stopped working. We called Equi-Tech. They said they could come out the next day. They came as advertised, diagnosed the problem quickly. Then they did the neccessary repairs and did a thorough inspection of the system. Service was reasonalby priced, Don was polite, and the call was a success. We would have no problem calling him next time we need A/C work and certainly recommend him to friends.
