Sarah Ann should be fired! I ordered two blizzards and they were so runny that it spilled all over my son when he took the lid off while still in the drive thru lane. My sundae had literally one teaspoon of "hot" fudge and all ice cream. I tried to get her attention at the drive thru by honking and knocking but she ignored me. I went inside to be further ignored. She grudgingly acknowledged me after I just started talking to her. I told her my complaints about my food and she said "that's how we make them". I took the lid off of my other blizzard to show her the problem and, like the other one, it spilled all over the place. I asked her for a refund and she refused to give me one. When I got home I realized that the Dilly Bars I ordered we also the wrong flavor. I called the store to inform her of this and to ask when a manager would be in and she hung up on me. Horrible employee!

Please don't go here, maybe if no one goes they will be forced to close. That's how bad it is, its disgusting food, the place is a mess and the people are rude as hell and have no idea what quality and customer service means.

OH MY GOD I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO SHOCKED BY NOT ONLY THE RANCID FOOD I WAS SERVED BUT THE OWNER AND MANAGER OF A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IN ALL MY LIFE,,, I PURCHASED A $4.12 CHEESEBURGER FROM THIS DAIRY QUEEN ON 08/10/10 AT 8:17P.M. AND WHEN I GOT HOME I UNWRAPPED THE BURGER AND TO MY HORROR THE BURGER WAS COMPLETELY SOAKING WET,,,,, IN WHAT I DO NOT KNOW????,,, THE MEAT STUNK TO HIGH HEAVEN AND THE SMELL ALONE MADE ME NAUSEOUS,,, WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER,,, THIS SITUATION TOOK A TURN FOR THE WORSE,,, THE LEVEL OF RUDENESS WITH WHICH I WAS TREATED WAS COMPLETELY UN-FLIPPING-BELIEVABLE,,, LONG STORY SHORT I REPORTED THIS DAIRY QUEEN TO CORPORATE AND I ONLY HOPE THEIR PUNISHMENT COMES ON SWIFT WINGS,,,, FROM NOW ON I WILL GET MY SOFT SERVE FROM McDonald's ACROSS THE STREET ,,,, THIS DAIRY QUEEN IS LUCKY I DID NOT SUE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have always been a fan of DQ soft serve but be careful of the food esp at this DQ. After being served overcooked food some months ago I tried yet again at this location when my son just had to have a corn dog with his strawberry shortcake. The hotdog was spoiled beyond anything I have ever seen or knew could happen to a hotdog. The shortcake was hard and stale. When I called the Mgr./Owner he quickly told me he would serve me another one and then hung up on me. I then re-visited the store and immediately the mgr was hostile and would not consider refunding my money or offer an apology. He kept asking me to leave. While raising his voice he finally returned my money while reiterating that I leave, over and over. I definitely plan to follow up with the health district. This owner seems to have a very different opinion as to what constitutes a quality, customer driven exp. If you value your health, stay away! Every online review of this DQ is poor, how do they possibly stay in business?
