I purchased an automobile from this location and have been pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service and the quality of the vehicle. I will definitely be going here first when it is time for me to buy a new car.

These people will not call you back after the sale... Bought 2015 optima which was very expensive... had to call about owners manual twice which should have been given day of sale...now we can't get car tags called 3 times still hadn't received...temporary tag is out tomorrow getting ready to call better business bureau if not heard from Kia by end of day...

the last time I was at this dealership, the salesmen (two of them) tried to push me into getting payments into a new car that I couldn't afford. They also tried to tell me the price was 4k more than MSRP after I had already researched. I ended up walking away. This salesman THIS time actually listened to what we wanted and it was a great experience.

It was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and professional. The facility was very neat and clean, the cars were also neat and clean. We were introduced to the people that would later serve us, and given a tour of the facility.

By far the best experience of buying a vehicle ever. Would highly recommend.

Friday 11/15/13 I had the oil changed and tires rotated. Service department is very nice, friendly, and knowledgable. Services were done in a timely manner. Sales man that sold me my car is no longer employeed there...I dont even remember his name.

My visit was for recall service on the Sporage. As always, my experience with the service department at Hickory Hollow was outstanding! Everyone is so nice and accomodating. It's always a pleasure!
