We moved the weekend of 12/18 and rented a Uhaul truck from You Secure Self Storage. I am not impressed with the professional courtesy, nor the equipment maintaince at this site.



For starters, the workers are not very nice. We felt like we were an annoyance to them. The truck we paid about $100 for was an older truck with no heat, bad steering and bad smells. When we brought the truck back, and told the employees of these problems they didn't care that we were unsatisfied. One of the employees actually commented that they knew it was the old truck, and the heat didn't work but they still rented it to us. They offered no apologies, no discount, nothing.



We will not use this location again for any of our needs.
