I am now 4 for 4 having nightmarish experiences with this freight company over the course of 3 years. They may be vendor friendly but according to their rep they only own full sized semi trucks and my experience is they routinely refuse to actually deliver all the way to the destination citing either the height of the trees or the gradient of the road or some other reason. They insist you must drive in your personal car to pick up from them and will only give a 4 hour window. They are intractable and completely unwilling to make reasonable arrangements. They won't bring the item to your house even if you can get it in your personal passenger car. The scheduler is rude and snide, will not let you complete a full sentence before she breaks in and tries to bully you into agreeing to an inferior service. This company has absolutely no business offering to make home deliveries of anything whatsoever. I am going to make it clear to every single company I buy from that it is a deal breaker if I ever have to deal with Southeastern Freight again.
