TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

We took our van to get looked at because it was overheating, we were told we need a new water pump, thermostat, and radiator ($1,000.00 job). Needless to say they serviced the van and a day later the van was still overheating. We took the van back and they stated that the over heating was from something else (timing change cover) which would be another ($800.00 job). I called a friend who was a former mechanic and he told me that if the shop was doing there do dilegence they should have determined that the timing change cover should have been changed in the original service. He told take it somewhere else because they were probably getting over on me and thats just how some mechanic shops run there business. I decided not to get the time change cover replaced at that moment because I didnt have the extra $800.00, I parked the van for a couple weeks, saved up money and then decied to take it back to Minit-Lube and get it repaired. They told me now that not only did the time cover needed to be fixed, transmission needed to be rebuilt, the fan clutch needed to be replaced. RED FLAGS in my head just started to pop. I asked them how all these new things need to be fixed and he stated because I drove the van, I told him the van was parked and was not driven. I asked about the transmission and he also told me that he the transmission needed to be rebuilt because I just know cars, no explanation just the simple fact that he knows cars. I decided to take it somewhere else (Automotive Solutions). Automotive solutions stated there was nothing wrong with the transmission just needed some transmission fluid added. Autmotive Solutions also tested the vehicle multiple times and determined that overall overheating came from the time change cover. MINIT LUBE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE SHOP. ITS YOUR CHOICE IF YOU DECIDE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED THERE, BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT.

We brought our vehicle to minit lube we paid them almost 800 our car was at the shop for almost a whole year and nothing was ever fixed and when we got the car towed all the parts wasn't even on it the refused to give us all our money back I would not recommend them to any one
