Founded in 2001, Henry Maxwell Elementary School enrolls more than 720 students in kindergarten through grade four. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as English, art, math, physical education, science and social studies. The school offers an individualized reading program that enhances reading skills of students. It involves students in various extracurricular and academic enrichment programs, such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and reading intervention, ENCORE, and before- and after-care programs. The school has a parent-teacher organization that conducts special events and fundraising programs.
