I was mislead by an employee of Kim's Hair store in Antioch, TN on September, 2014.The lady told me that the wig was 100% human hair. When I tried to curl it, it scorched. I took it back and asked for help. The African american manager told me that she would give me a 40% discount on my next wig purchase. She wrote it down and initialed the card.Today (Nov. 8, 2014), I went to that same store trying to redeem my WRITTEN AND SIGNED BY THE MANAGER coupon. She told me that I forged the "1" into a "4" and got her Asian manager to tell me that she couldn't do that. However, I reminded her that she did.Anyone who knows me, knows that I am one of the most honest and truthful people walking the planet, brutally honest, truth be told.They told me that they could give me 15% at the most, even thou she clearly wrote 40% and initialed the store's business card.In their sad attempt trying to retrieve the pitiful little card, I walked out with the card vowing verbally never to return.Now, nothing may ever become of this, nor will I ever get my 40% discount, she knows, I know and above all THE LORD JESUS CHRIST knows she is dishonest....and she has to life with that.Beware of this store.

You get treated like a thief, do not go there.
