I have been taking my poodle there for about 10 years now. The grooming has been hit or miss but most months she looks great. My big issue is that I had been boarding her here for 10 years and recently they got a new owner who says she does not board anymore because she lives in another town and it is not convenient for her to come back at night to take dogs out. She said until she can find someone to trust to come back at night she will not board pets. Ended up boarding at my vet and paying 2 1/2 times more per night.

Totally do not recommend! The place is smelly and very visibly dirty. The shop is just all around in bad shape. The groomers just do not seem to be very caring or knowledgeable.

We have 2 shelties and had used this grooming business for years with no problem. However, the latest visit was a disaster. Our youngest sheltie was burnt on her nose and all of her whiskers were gone. Not once did the groomers offer to tell us what happened, in fact they didn't even tell us anything had happened. Needless to say, I won't be taking my shelties there again. Now my youngest sheltie bears a scar on her nose as we wait for her whiskers to grow back.
