AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We hired this company to summerize our 200K+ 3 year old boat and they neglected to do one of the basic steps (this is in their summerization checklist) of tightening the generator hose. Our boat took on water and we are now faced with 34K worth of damages. Nobody else touched the boat. It went from their possession to our slip to it sinking 3 days later. They will not take ownership and they have made ridiculous claims that someone broke into our boat, loosened the hose and then closed the silcock after it sank. If you knew how hard and crazy this process would be, you'd understand how impossible it would be.



We are currently fighting with Miller's insurance and they continue to try and insult our intelligence.
