I had my plans drawn by t@/\/\ 1!/\/ /\/drafting in Antioch and he charged me way to much for a set of Blueprints that would not pass the city requirements so I asked a few contractors what I should do and two out of three said have Bob (R. G. M. Drafting) look at the blueprints he is good at getting plans approved. And they were right. After Bob made a few phone calls he redrew the plans brought them to the city for a pre-check then went back to his office made their changes. And made copies of the blueprints brought them to the city’s building department and within two days we had a building permit in our hands and the addition began. Since Bob worked construction most of his life he know a lot of different trades and also know people who work in those trades so if you need an plumber or electrician just ask him and he will get you a few numbers to call not one but a few give you your choice on who to pick and that helps keep your budget in focus. And he did this for a little more than half of what the other draftsman charged me and he did all the leg work. So I highly
