The whole team at Gumaro’s provide excellent and honest service. Been having my and my wife’s car serviced there for over 10 years. Highly recommend. Big shout out to Jr for fixing little problem at no charge. David

Took my 2015 f150 to have a new exhaust system installed. Now mind you I supplied it. My first quote was $200. After requesting that it be welded together instead of clamps the price went up to $220. Still a good price but, when I got home and looked underneath all I see is clamps. After calling and talking to the owner. His reply was I didn't hear that. Never again!!!! Also the mechanics put the old exhaust in my bed, which has a full carpet kit. Spent over the hour cleaning!! I wouldn't trust this shop to do an oil change. Be ware!!!!!!!!

called for a price on a ford timing belt replacement was told by the shop manager that it would be 350 and he recommended i bring my own parts. Sounded odd but the price was good.
showed up with parts talked to the owner he was upset about bringing parts and raised the price $50. I should have left right then.
Car had 167000 miles and ford states belt should be replaced at 15000. there were no other issues or codes showing (I have 30+ years in the automotive related business and just did not want to change the belt myself.(you also need special tools to set the cam timing properly and not worth buying for a 1 time job)
I also have a code scanner.
The owner did not know this so he thought i was a fool that could be ripped off.
When i got the care back I did not even make it a mile before the engine fault light came on. I checked the codes it showed 0016-0017 and 340. Which are all saying the timing belt was not installed properly.
The owner in my opinion is a liar and a thief he tried every sleazy angle to get out of his obvious error.
I do not believe he has the proper setting tools only needed for this model and attempted to guess at the setting the old way by lining up what he thought was timing marks.
In my opinion the owner is very hot headed ,arrogant and dishonest.
The car is now running terrible and probably has bent valves.
STAY FAR away from this shop !!!
I owned an automotive machine shop for 30+ years (still do) Have dealt with many auto repair shops . This is one of the worst I have ever seen.
Your recoarse is very limited with people like this even if you get a judgement (waist all kinds of time ) They will probably be next to impossible to collect on. Or out of business

this place is great, i have been coming here for many years, they treat me very well and do a fantastic job on my car.The prices are very reasonable.

I have been taking my autos to Gumaro's for over 20 years, that should pretty much say it all.

I had some issues with my brakes, and heater on my 1994 T&C Limited. I droped off my vehicle to the shop in the morning, and was a given a rough estimate.



Later that morning I received a call from Gumaro who gave me the details of the repairs that were needed. He game me the the exact cost for all repairs needed, which by the way was less than the estimate.



They perfomed all the work in a timely and efficient manner, at a fair price.



I will use Gumaros in the future, and would highly recommend them to family, and friends.

Had a vehicle towed for dignosis. It was determined that the battery needed replacing. At the end it cost $325.00 + FOR A BATTERY REPLACMENT!!!! Absolutly ridiculous. If your're rich and like taking it up the whazo then go!
