Provided by YP.comThis store will not take a credit card over the phone, even though it is possible to order a Bose item on line with a credit card! They claim it is co. policy. What a stupid policy. The customer who has taken the time to drive to the store can't do what the online customer can do. There is no one in the store with the authority to make an exception! My husband was trying to pick up a radio for a very sick friend. The store would not take the sick friend's check, nor would they take his credit card over the phone. No interest at all in customer service! We will never buy another Bose product!
