About C&S Publishing C&S Publishing is a family-owned and operated business, run by Catherine Wood and Steve Berlin. C&S Publishing was founded in 1989 and printed newspapers, magazines and newsletters. It soon became apparent that the world was moving away from print to the less expensive and more powerful digital media. C&S Publishing made the switch early on, and we have saved our customers tens of thousands of dollars and provided a vastly superior product for their association's members. The company spends thousands each year on hardware and software upgrades as well as staff training so that C&S Publishing can continue to offer the finest products.
