Very rude lady answering the phone with sarcasm making fun of our needs because they are 99% of the time LATE and not caring a bit about anyone. unfortunately always had the same monster at the phone, I wrote down days and times. Drivers were ok except the last one who made my disabled son chase the cab after got there for a second and that was the firs time they were on time for pick up.

I used this service for the very first time tonight and I was extremely pleased to say the least. I called an hour prior to my pick -up time.The dispatcher I spoke with was attentive and polite. My driver was friendly and/or cordial.I was home within a matter of minutes. Thank you again for a great experience.

I am disabled and used to have Curtin Livery to Depend upon for rides to my dr. which is only 1x a month.now I have Valley Cab to count on which is frightening.They fly around as if there's no speed limit while talking and txting on their personal phones.My heart is in my throat each and every time I have to get in one of those cars.Can you please try at least to tell the drivers about the dangers of this kind of conduct while driving.I would be much safer walking if I could at least I'd know that I'll get there in one piece.
