My 2 boys LOVE it here! I can not express how much my youngest has grown since we started. We have been here 9 months and I love the communication from the Director's amd owners. My boys get upset if we do not come to daycare. Never happened at our previous provider. Highly recommend.

Cute school, amazing teachers and director! Your kids will love this school and even when they graduate, they will want to come back for a visit. It is nice to know that my child is having a fun day while I am at work and is spending time with people who truly care. You won't find a school in Lebanon County that cares as much as these guys do.

The previous review appears to be more like a disgruntled employee voicing displeasure with their employer than anything else.



While everyone's opinion on art and photography are different, referring to a company as 'trashy' without having any experience with them is, quite frankly, ignorant. If further investigation be made, you will find that company has award winning photography for nearly 25 years. Referring to the company as 'trashy' here is potentially damaging to a business the writer has had no dealings nor experience with. That, from a legal standpoint, is a form of slander and can be punishable by fines and more.



Upon viewing the images in question, I found none of them to be provocative, inappropriate, nor detrimental to the Director, her sister, nor the daycare itself.



There are many people that do modeling part time in addition to their full time jobs, and use it to supplement their income. Some even do it just for fun. Indeed, everyone is entitled to their opinion, however this seems more a personal attack than opinion.



Also - if you removed your son several months ago, why wait so long to write a review with such an attack, much less be keeping tabs on the Director and other employees? It seems quite strange to be keeping tabs on a daycare you removed your son from months ago.



As long as the Director and others are doing their job in accordance with what is expected, and even exceeding those expectations, what they do outside of the workplace is their own business, not yours, and the fact you are 'stalking' them in their personal lives is disturbing.



Further, you indicate you had reached your 'breaking point' by the time the new Assistant Director had been appointed, and that things had improved dramatically. However, you decided to remove your son in any case. You are entitled to do so, of course, but levying an attack - personal and business wise - upon individuals and a business you have had no dealings with in months, and another business with which you have had no experience with, is suspect.



If you are indeed a disgruntled employee, tender your resignation and find employment elsewhere. Slandering your employer will not make it easy to find a new employer. Remember there is usually a question on applications asking if they can contact your current/former employer. Slander will not make for a good reference at all.



In closing, I must say I was stunned by the ignorance in the 'review'. I am friends with families that have children there, I do business with the daycare and the Director has always, I repeat always, been professional, straight forward and always looking for ways to improve the facility and programs.



I wish I had had such a daycare facility and staff available when my daughter was younger, and I highly recommend Tender Heart Day Care and compliment their Director in her efforts to make it as beneficial as possible to all the children who attend their facility.

My children have attended this center for over 11 years now. I have witnessed the center go through ups and downs, and struggles over the years. Although things are not always perfect, which no center is (as Ive learned through personal experience), we feel Tender Heart has always come out on top. This family owned business gives the center and its families their all no matter what the situation. They treat all the families as their own, which gives it a more personal and caring environment. My children gained their early education and kindergarten readiness skills from the center and its great prekindergarten program. If youre looking for an educational, caring, family environment, then this is the center for you and your child. Its hard to find this type of environment in this day in age, but Tender Hearts director and teachers go over and above to make sure this center provides whats truly necessary for all families.
