Before you buy or rent from this man let me tell you what he did to me, as my health started to fail I fell behind in rent by 2 months, eugene took me to court and I said in the court that yes I had fallen behind and yes I would sell my place to pay him off also said I would have all prospective buyers call him, also told him that if he wanted he could be there when I signed the title over,so by the time we had gotten there I was 3 months behind for a total of 600$ add the court fee's to that and it came to just over 1,500 if I remember correctly,well I advertised my 3bdr 2bath 14x70 with a newly installed furnace 2 a/c units one new, fully equiped kitchen including microwave ,well I had several people quite interested but after I gave them eugenes number I never heard from them again. hmmmm well I didnt know how low this man would go while smiling to my face so I just dropped the price again and again and had quite a few people interested as the price dropped by a 1,000 dollars a week. then finally I had one lady call me back and told me that she didnt want to rent from a guy like eugene martin and I wont use the words she used . herte this whole time eugene had been telling people they couldnt move in till he was paid and that I was going to screw him out of his money and that they would be held liable for my bills. well needless to say I never did sell it and eugene had started showing his friends the place and then he had me evicted. took possession and sold it and made quite the profit for himself. guess who has friends living there ? The man makes people with trailers in fine condition just old remove them when the move instead of allowing people to sell them cause a bigger trailor means more money yet a trailor he had on the property that had rotted floors and collapsing roof he allowed to stay because it would have cost him money to remove it. the man has no decency whatsoever. He never complained the few times I paid my rent in advance. please feel free to email me at chuckles1290@yahoo.com and I can give you a few names and address's of people that will be willing to tell you more of what this man is like.if you decide to move there use a lawyer or you just may end up with nothing.

If you owe the guy any money he will screw you out of your home by using his (priveledge) to talk to prospective buyers of your home and make sure it isnt sold.If you have any dealings with this man I would recommend you use a lawyer.If you buy a trailer there he can at anytime deem it unworthy of the place and keep you from selling it on his lot and he has done so,If you want a place that you dont need to worry about,this isnt the place.He is in it for the money and thats it.He screwed me over and a few others and has no qualms of doing it again.I had my place sold to quite a few people but once they talked to gene martin they wanted nothing to do with it even though I had lowered my asking price by 8,000 dollars and then he took the title from me and sold it at a fine profit.Maybe I have a little hostility to the man but I do no feel it is misplaced.If you doubt what I have to say ask a few of the people that have lived there for years
