they have been in business for as long as I can remember and I have traded with them for years it's a great place to shop

Was so impressed today to get my 3 machines worked on by Mr HAynes at such a reasonable price and such a good job. I will drive over a hundred miles again if need be to get my machines in working order

Bought a Brother machine and the service has been outstanding. We are just getting into the embroidery field and they are always willing to take the time to answer questions and provide help and service as we get our feet wet. They are just very good people.

Fantastic personal service. I had an older machine repaired there. They were also very helpful with questions about a newer machine I owned even though I did not purchase from them. BUT I will next time. Brenda Bryant
