We have been taking our cars to Scott for at least 20yrs. That being said; I just had another successful service of my 21 year old car! He keeps my old gal running with his efficient & AFFORDABLE services. If you are looking for honest, professional services visit Scott; you will be glad you did!

Went in with a $9.99 coupon for an oil change. "John" said he had to check the computer to see if this coupon could be used. Told me that my 2004 Toyota required synthetic oil at a cost of $74.99. Even though my car has always used multigrade oil, he insisted that he had to follow his computer's instructions. Went home and checked my auto manual as well as with the mechanic who had done several prior oil changes; both sources indicate 5W-30 multigrade oil. NTB LIES with such ease it's scary! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

NTB has treated me unfair. Their technicians are not knowledgeable in fixing engine problems. I brought my vehicle for a check engine light that was on. I brought the vehicle to their store 5 times and NTB could not figure out what was wrong. They became angry with me that I was bothering them. All I wanted was my vehicle to be repaired. NTB is incompetent in engine repair. Also, they will try to sell you parts and services on your vehicle that is not needed. Beware of this shop. I now check with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) before visiting any businesses to view if they have any complaints. « Hide

Save for money and go someplace else. There is a hidden package that you are paying for that they do not tell about unless you look at the bill.
