THIS GUY IS A TOTAL SHADY SCAM ARTIST! ....BEWARE! (I don't know how he is still in business!) I went here because a very good friend of mine and their family referred him to me as "a great guy"... so I naturally thought that I could trust him. My engine (on my Honda accord with only 120k miles on it) was over heating and I asked for a written estimate for any and all repairs and an explanation of what needed to be done. After several days he still hadn't called (and never did until the car was "done" after a month) and dodged all of my calls and never wanted to talk any time I went up to the shop to talk to him. Every time I did talk to him there was something else supposedly wrong with the car that needed to be "fixed" before he could put it back together and it would run properly, and when I went up to the shop to talk to him I discovered that he had taken the entire head off of my engine and it was lying in several pieces all over his shop for weeks. He insisted on trying to sell me a whole new engine for $5,000 and told me that I needed one because the one that I had was bad. I kept declining so he dragged everything out and he had my car for a MONTH before he finally put it back together after I called the better business bureau and threatened to call the states attorney general.... I still got no written estimate that I had requested 10+ times despite my constant presence at his shop. When I went to pick the car up ..of course the first thing that they tried to do was get me to sign the bill and work order for all of the bogus repairs that they supposedly made..... I declined. He slapped me with a bill for 2 grand saying "I dont even know if I fixed it", and despite his initial promise that if the work estimate was high and I signed off on it that we could "work out a payment plan". He instead pulled the old "bait and switch" .... telling me that I could not get my car until the "bill was paid in full". I eventually had to get my lawyer to come to the shop with me and call a police officer to stand by before they would let me take my car. I told them that they could call me and we would talk about my "bill" but I never heard from them again. I have since showed the bill to several other mechanics who confirm that it was most likely ENTIRELY fabricated and bogus.
