This is my second worst experience ever with this insurance. I called for road side assistance in a bad freezing weather. I locked my key inside of my car so they told help will be expecting to arrive at 8:35pm so I walked from the closest safe place just to be on time nothing 9:05pm still waiting. They even bother to called just to advice you that they're late. I was freezing to death waiting outside of my car because I do not have anyone else to help me. Things happened! Thanks God at home trying to warmer up. Switching insurance company now. I have been loyal for many years to this company.

I was very impressed by the overall experience I had with the Metzger agency. Dovie and team are always treat me very professionally during all of my transactions. I feel extremely comfortable having all of my insurance with the Metzger agency. -

I've always said...I don't care how much someone knows, until I see how much they care. Well, this group of professionals really care...and they definately know! I have had numerous opportunities to see this office in action, and each time, they impressed me. I had a claim during the recent heavy rain storm. I called their office at 1:00 am...and a live person answered the phone! I had an adjuster at my home the very next morning - and everyone was very helpful. The agent and staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this office.
