They don't have any good movies they show movie no one heard of any movie theater is better than this one.

I had the worst customer service experience at this establishment and will never return. It is mind boggling to me that in this day in age with the economy and the competition in theater ticket sales, that we were treated with such disrespect. To make matters worse, I called the Bow Tie Cinemas corporate offices 3 times and never received a return phone call. Unbelievable. I will never return to this theater or any of Bow Tie Cinemas establishments and they should also realize the power of word of mouth.

The theater in the Annapolis mall is nice enough in terms of atmosphere, but the movies that it shows are not very good, and there usually aren't very many. A theater with no good movies to show isn't really a theater at all, although this one does occasionally show excellent films.

I like the Harbour Center better than the mall because they show the less popular titles, and the theater itself is older, which gives it an atmosphere that is different from the newer establishments. The prices are too high, but that's the way it is in every movie theater nowadays.
