APS have been fantastic. We needed a place quickly as we'd just secured jobs in the area. APS came up with a list of 5 properties which were within budget and had pretty much everything we were looking for. They managed to make the process as easy and stress free as possible.

We've rented through Annapolis Property Services for 2 different rentals and both times Annnapolis have provided a first class service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for other people looking to rent in the Annapolis area.

As a former Navy family, we have owned, been landlords and rented several homes in the past 25 years; renting twice with Annapolis Property Services. Whether you are an owner or prospective tenant you will find them very easy to work with and professional. I highly recommend APS!
